AFMA Logistics LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets. This policy explains what information we collect through afmalogistics.com (the “Site”) and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, call us, text us or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, MC or DOT number, equipment type, and anything you include in your message. When you become a client, we also collect business documents needed to dispatch for you, such as your operating authority, W-9 and certificate of insurance.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests and contact you about our services
- To set up and provide dispatch services, including communicating with brokers and shippers on your behalf
- To send load details, scheduling and service messages, including text messages if you agreed to receive them
- To invoice you and keep business and tax records
- To protect the Site and prevent fraud or misuse

We don’t sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the box on our contact form or otherwise agree to receive texts, we may send text messages about load details, dispatch and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying our services.
We don’t share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Brokers and shippers, when you ask us to book or manage a load, we share the details they need, such as your company name, MC or DOT number, insurance documents and contact information
- Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email, text messaging, accounting and payment tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena or a government request, or to protect our rights, property or safety
- Business transfers, if we sell or restructure the business, in which case your information may go to the new owner

How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove identifying details.
